Publishing a manuscript in JSEE requires manuscript processing charges that will be paid by the submitting author upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication in accordance with the following criteria:

Indian Authors:  3000 INR per paper (Three Thousand Rupees Only) (Online publication and E-certificates for each author)
